Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Larova handles information when you visit our website, use a Larova workspace, try the public demo or participate in the partner program.

Who we are and who this policy covers
Larova (LAROVA AI) provides AI-assisted reception, conversation and booking tools for beauty businesses. This policy covers larova.site, Larova workspaces, the public demonstration experience and partner-program features. It does not replace the privacy notices of WhatsApp, Meta, Google, OpenAI or other third-party services. For privacy questions or requests, contact larova39@gmail.com.
Information we handle
Depending on how you use Larova, we may handle account and sign-in identifiers; business and workspace details such as services, prices, opening hours and staff settings; messages, voice recordings or transcripts that a business chooses to process; customer contact, appointment and conversation details provided through connected channels; technical, security and service-usage records; and partner-program application, referral, commission and payout information. Optional payout details are processed only when a partner submits them.
How we use information
We use information to operate the requested workspace and features; understand and respond to conversations; coordinate appointment workflows; connect authorized messaging channels; provide customer support; protect accounts and prevent abuse; administer referrals and partner payouts; maintain and improve service reliability; and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for third-party advertising.
AI, voice and conversation processing
When an AI, voice or messaging feature is enabled, the relevant message, audio, transcript or business-provided context may be sent to service providers so the feature can transcribe, interpret, synthesize or respond to it. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed against the business’s approved information and policies. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the service. The public demo uses a limited session token that expires after 45 minutes; demo session expiry is not a promise that every related technical or audit record is erased at that exact time.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide and protect Larova: with infrastructure, authentication and storage providers such as Supabase and Vercel; AI or speech providers such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, Deepgram and Groq when the relevant feature uses them; and channel providers such as Meta or WhatsApp when a business connects those channels. We may also make information available to authorized workspace members, to professional advisers or service providers bound by appropriate duties, or where law, safety or security requires it. Each provider’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its services.
Browser storage and analytics
Larova uses essential browser storage for sign-in/session functionality, your language and appearance preferences, the public demo session and, where applicable, partner-referral attribution. Referral attribution may operate for a 90-day window. Optional product analytics may be enabled in a particular deployment; when enabled, it is used to understand service reliability and usage rather than to sell personal information for advertising. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings, although blocking essential storage may prevent some features from working.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, protect it, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. The public-demo session token expires after 45 minutes. Partner referrals use a 90-day attribution window where applicable. Retention periods for active workspace conversations, account records, backups and operational logs depend on the feature and deployment; we do not represent that all information is erased immediately when an account or session ends. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to records we must keep by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.
Security and international processing
We use access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. Optional partner payout details are encrypted before storage. No internet service can promise absolute security. Larova is presented as operating from Cairo, Egypt and serves businesses in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC. Cloud, AI, speech and messaging providers may process information in other countries; where applicable, we take steps required by data-protection law for such transfers.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or object to or limit certain processing. Send requests to larova39@gmail.com and identify the account or workspace concerned; we may need to verify your identity and authority. If a salon or other business submitted your information to Larova, contact that business first as well, because it controls the information it provides and the instructions it gives us.
Business and guest information
Larova is designed for business operators, not for children to create accounts. A business is responsible for having the rights, notices and consents required before it submits its clients’ information, and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive or health information. If a business uses Larova to communicate with its guests, that business’s own privacy notice and instructions also apply to the guest relationship.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes will be reflected on this page. For questions or privacy requests, email larova39@gmail.com.
